Choosing a Group Dental & Vision Plan

A great way to add value to an employer-offered benefits package is to include dental and vision insurance coverage. An employer will generally need 3 employees to enroll to start a group dental or vision insurance plan. There are no contribution requirements surrounding dental and vision insurance coverage. An employer can either offer voluntary coverage, meaning the employees pays 100% of the cost to enroll, or an employer can contribute anywhere from 25% to 100% to the cost of the dental or vision insurance coverage for their employees.
