Since 2014, the team at Strategic Benefits has provided employee benefit solutions for small to mid-sized businesses and health insurance plans for self-employed families across Nebraska and Iowa. We are an independent health insurance agency and employee benefits brokerage, and therefore are not beholding to one particular insurance company. We only work for you by offering dozens of solutions. Our agency team is available by phone, text, email, video chat, and in-person.

Strategic Benefits was founded the same year the Affordable Care Act was put into action, and this was no coincidence. We immediately recognized the many gaps in how employee benefits plans were currently being managed, and how new solutions and services would need to be implemented to meet the rapidly changing Affordable Care Act rules and compliance laws.

The knowledge and experience gained by our team during the years since the inception of the Affordable Care Act have developed the business model we use today. Gone are the days of a broker offering a few quotes during a once-a-year renewal meeting.
