Since 2010, the team at Strategic Benefit Consultants has provided customized employee benefit solutions and affordable individual plans across the states of Nebraska and Iowa. We are an independent insurance and employee benefits firm and therefore are not beholding to one particular insurance company. We only work for you.

Strategic Benefit Consultants was founded the same year the Affordable Care Act was signed into law, and this was no coincidence. We immediately recognized the many gaps on how employee benefits plans were currently being managed, and how new solutions and services would need to be implemented to meet the rapidly changing Affordable Care Act rules and compliance laws.

The knowledge and experience gained by our team during the years since the inception of the Affordable Care Act has developed the business model we use today. Gone are the days of a broker offering a few quotes during a once a year renewal meeting. Employers will not only need an affordable and competitive benefit package, they will also need to identify their risks and requirements under the ACA, ERISA, and DOL.
